In a recent interview from an undisclosed location, former President George W. Bush, said that while he thinks the handcuffs are unnecessary, he understands the need to keep voters on both sides from remembering he exists, saying, "You know, if people started rememberizing[sp] more than four years at a time, it would have devastating effects on the one...I mean two party system. Okay, maybe the handcuffs were a good idea."
